Mark Parker is the founder of Smart Selling, and the specialist business unit – Smart Social Media.
The core aim of both businesses is to help companies become better sales organisations by utilising the ideas, tools, and practices of Sales 2.0 and social media.
As an entrepreneur he specialises in strategic problem solving through the application of innovation, technology, and broad business acumen. As a sales leader he specialises in sales process transformation and sales data analytics.
As a regular visitor to the US, Mark is an early adopter of social networks and more specifically social media. Whilst many see social media as a B2C tool, Mark is working to define social media as a strategic tool for B2B organisations – using these tools and new ideas to build valuable communities and relationships.
Mark is based in Brisbane with his company supporting customers across Asia Pacific.
